Leaders Conference

On March 2-3 rd , over 60 leaders gathered at Zoe Church for the 4th annual youngadultstoday conference. These leaders and their teams are serving 18–30-year old’s on their college campuses and in their churches. They received teaching from Josiah Kennealy, Micah Kennealy, Stephen Glasser (Northview Church), and Dr. Rob Fultz (Lee University).

There were round-table discussion formats, panel discussions on reaching Generation Z as well as starting & strengthening your young adult ministry. On the young adult ministry panel were Reba Grey (Reach Church, Alexandria) and Rochelle Geer (Willmar AG). On the Gen Z panel were Jono Gates (Evangelist), Stephen Glasser, and Dr. Rob Fultz. Chris Tomlinson and a team from Zoe Church also lead worship. There was also a spoken word element from Preston Smith.

On Friday night, we mixed things up by having a chef (Kayty Helgerson) teach on the importance of food, design, and hospitality and each tablelearned how to make their own charcuterie boards.

Our theme for 2023 is Equipping The Saints. The closing session was a powerful commissioning – anointing these leaders to anoint the next generation. Our prayer was everything their hands touched would prosper

for God’s kingdom and there would be a multiplication as anyone they lay hands on would be empowered in their spiritual gifts for the glory of God and the benefit of a generation!
